CELL C UNABLE TO PORT NUMBER

I had contract with Cell C which expired. Got new contract but then they forgot to transfer my number. I made already about 10 calls. Currently I cant do any of my internet banking as it is month end it means I will be charged interest on late payment. I have 5 Cell C contracts but with this kind a service I won't renew any Cell C contracts. As it stand my old number does not excist so I am loosing all my calls, this is now the 4th day without my cell number. Lots of business lost.
