Unauthorised deductions made from bank account

I have been mislead by the type of contract I have with Vodacom. It was a R99 contract with 500mb of data. I was under the impression that if it was used, I had to buy directly from Vodacom stores. It also stated "expired" when my bundle was up. Kenilwoth Centre and Golden Acre stores could not tell me it was uncapped when I tried to buy over the counter. Yet I was allowed to buy once off for R59.00 on 20 August. I thought we were using unused data cos i have a pattern of under-usage of my bundle. Three huge unauthorised deductions then occurred:
20 August 2013: R3 261.08
20 September 2013: R3 831.37
21 October 2013: R10 684.42
My overdraft has been taken and financially crippled. I was admitted fo a clinic in April 2013 for a nervous breakdown. i need urgent help in this matter.
