Why does Vodacom charge 10 times more on out of bundle data than bundled, this is!!! I have a data contract with Vodacom which runs through a wifi modem. I was unable to access the usage online and read the sms's that Vodacom was sending me for the data sim and was charged R2/mb for out of bundle data usage and my account was subsequently locked. I was charged R2000 for 4gigs of data. I was in shock when I eventually got through the call centre to query why I could not connect to my wifi and was told that this was the situation. I would advise customers to put a limit on all their contracts with Vodacom as you will be in for a huge shock when your bill arrives!!! Vodacom you are from your customers!!!
