In August 2012 I requested the Vodacom call centre to downgrade my data bundle form 1 GB to 500Mb. The Call centre agent assured me that this will be done.
My Phone bill tripled in December 2012 when I started using the data when on leave. My January bill is 4 times more than my normal bill.
On Sunday 3 February 2013 I call the call centre and was informed that I cancelled my 1 GB data bundle and I do not have a data bundle. I stated to the agent that this is incorrect as I requested to be downgraded to a smaller bundle.
I was informed by the agent that they will listen to the recorded conversation and the manager will get back to me.
It is now Friday 8 February 2013 and no phone calls from Vodacom.
I had to phone in and explain everything again and I was promised again that I will get a phone call back in 30min.
