I was absolutely blown away by the technician who came to the rescue of my ADSL line going down,
I have logged the fault at 8pm, got a message by 8:30 and a call by 9 to say they were on their way... before 11 my line was up and running and all sorted.
The technician also called a couple times to check i had set up my router properly and to see i was up and running :)
