Bad, very bad service

Reported a MVA claim on 10 June. Panel beater has been waiting two weeks for Dial Direct to authorise the repairs and is STILL waiting. Tried to contact claims administrator (Melissa Adams) on numerous occasions and left numerous messages to return my call - NO LUCK!!! I have spent a total of 74 minutes on the phone with Dial Direct already, and still I do not have an answer!!! Their service!!!
