Please note that i wrote to you on the 6th July and still today am waiting for my money to be refunded by VSM direct and am so irritated that i have to waste my time and make regular follow_ups.
Please help me with the correct number for VSM direct as their stupid number is always engaged.
This is so unfair on me as it was the error on their side and now am billed for this.
I need my money refunded... i have exchanged emails with this person Vasti Lourens and yourself but nothing happens. I need my money by end of business tomorrow.
I am now.
Ask your client to pay me back as i do not have any of their product or owe them and please do not debit me again as i do not owe this VSM direct.
