Yesterday morning, I was on my way to work. I lost my phone after I noticed that my sling bag was open, after I got out of the bus and just before I took a taxi to my final destination.
I filed my cellphone claim on line Dial Direct's website and within 2 hours from submitting my claim, Daron Theunis from Telesure Group Services made contact with me. He is so friendly, so efficient and he guided me through the whole process yesterday, as to what I need to do. I went to the police station, blacklisted the phone and this morning I was so busy at work, he called me out of the blue.
The claim has been finalized in just 24 hours and I thank and Daron so much because I was starting to feel lost without my Blackberry phone.
