Dial Direct disappoints again!

After Dial Direct made a huge blunder in the beginning and selling me the wrong insurance for my needs, I was informed to take out business insurance on my company vehicle and all the tools and electronic equipment that goes with it, so I did. I specified my smartphone, laptop, power tools and various other items and the policy has been going along strong for more than a year now.

On Tuesday 24/09 my phone was, and after jumping through multiple hoops trying to get a ITC number and blacklisting the handset etc, I lodged my claim.

Tonight is more than a week later, and my claim has not been paid.

This is a business insurance package, I pay premium rates every month, why am I still waiting after a week and my claim has not been paid? I am losing business every day due to not having a proper smartphone. This was the whole reason why I specified it on my policy and why I have a business policy!!!
