I signed up with Dial Direct, Because they "Claim to be the Best" in all there adds and also when over the Phone signing up with them. i signed up paying a premium of around R1800 per month after turning 25 i re-evaluated my policy and it came down to around R1500. coming closer to a year later, now dial direct re-evaluated my account and now want me to pay R2348 a month. i am no longer a high risk age, i have not claimed anything since my joining of Dial Direct and my Vehicle has depreciated in value since signing up with Dial Direct. This is not Acceptable! if anything my premium should be dropping in price not increasing...
