I had a problem with my cell phone and was incorrectly referred by them to the manufacturer of the phone, who in turn referred me back to cellc. I was incredibly irritated by the backwards and forwards, so needless to say, when I arrived at the store I was not happy. But the staff at the store managed to resolve my issue in store and went out of their way to ensure that I walk out, a happy customer.
