We had an issue with the consistency of network in our area at our plot in Mpumalanga. Between 4 different Platinum accounts, 8 data accounts this rendered our products useless. I lodged a complaint with Platinum Help desk and 2 months ago ENOS and MIKE came out, repaired and adjusted the network boosters at our premises. Unfortunately the boosters stopped working few weeks later and I reported the issue again. Within a week ENOS from Vodacom Witbank sent Mike out who came out with a smile, fixed the issue and picked up a few building faults in our building that interfered with network. Great attitude from ENOS and absolute efficiency and professionalism from the contractor Mike.
