Thank you for having taken the time to do your job properly as well as going beyond call of duty on more than one occasion. If I didn't know better I'd be convinced that some of the team leaders and you work for two different companies with completely different values (which is really sad). Please do not stop providing client with the fabulous service that I was privileged enough to have received from you as you would be doing all of them a complete injustice. I hope that you know what a complete asset you are to Vodacom. NB: To Mr Kurt Howard please advise me what has been done/will be done to acknowledge Rochell's brilliant work ethic.
