I need someone that is competent to fix my account. I have been trying since last year August to fix my account.
My contract option and conditions changed without my approval! Now I'm liable for addition cost that is Vodacom's fault!
My data account is a mess and Rochell Carolus haven't been able to fix this since March 2013.
I have more than 10 e-mail as prove that she just makes empty promises.
I want to report Rochelle Carolus for not doing her job and costing me money.
Can someone that are competent please phone me so that we can sort out this issue!
