Thank you to Vodacom, and especially Rochell Carolus who responded within the hour to my complaints posting about Cellucity. Even though it was not Vodacom itself, she phoned me immediately; she forwarded my complaint to the relevant person, and then phoned me back. Within the next hour Cellucity Head Office responded positively, and I then received a mail from Rochell who followed it up and also sent me a copy of my refund. Thank you Rochell for going the extra mile, and sorting out someone else's problem - you are a star!!! Vodacom, this is the best customer complaint feedback I have every received!
