I complained at cell c from April 2013 and i was always promised that my refund would be deposited in my account. I waited for my refund end of September and I was told that it might take another 2 months. I phoned yesterday 28/10/13 and i was given this reference number by a Danielle1310280000023291. when i follow up with Get it, they say already is with cell C. When i follow up using the above Ref number a Simphiwe indicated that there is no such reference number in their system.
i am tired of doing follow ups with people who do not know what they are doing
