I gave my Telkom line to Afrihost, because they promise to manage every aspect of your Telkom line on your behalf. Now that I'm moving house it has been a to and fro game for two weeks, affecting my business and my wife's job. First they cancelled my line, then told me they are giving it back to Telkom so I can manage the relocation myself, but the outstanding ticket still shows cancellation pending. Guys, thats not on. Im not used to this poor service from Afrihost.
