My dad david thwala applied for cellphone contract with cellc in 2008 the contract was only suppose to be for. 24 months now we on the year 2013 but still the debit order are going out off his account twice in one month he went to randfontien cell c branch at village squre mall to complain abt the matter but he was told that the onle way to resolve this matter is by taking another cellphone for the money he has paid over or else he will forfeit the over payment.
