My Telkom ADSL line went down last Friday, I logged a call and received reference number 541CTK291113 stating that my call has been logged and are being attended to. Received another sms the next day (Saturday) that a technician is attending. Then I received another sms on Tuesday stating there is a fault on the line and that they are investigating available options to restore the service asap. Now today (a week since the line went down, they inform me that the cable has been and that it is going to take THREE weeks to restore the service, this is unacceptable! I am losing business due to this.
