Last week Monday, I logged a fault with Telkom Business regarding a problem with our MAIN incoming line at work. Telkom confirmed that there was a fault on the line (which is as a result of them working on the boxes in the area the week before) and that a technician would be sent out to resolve the issue.
We're now a week down the track - the line is still faulty, our customers cannot get hold of us and we have yet to see a technician!!
