Contract cancelled and still get billed

I informed Virgin mobile in August last year that I want to cancel my contract. Unfortunately I did not take a ref no. Thus the process had to start again in Nov 2012... to my dismay they kept on debiting my account with the monthly subs. In June 2013 I once again phoned and requested that the debit order be stopped reminding them that I have previously cancelled. In July 2013 they refunded me for 6 months R 1032. This was not the end in August they debited again, which I then approached my bankers to return. In September same story... I phoned them again and the amount was reversed. (every time I have to make numerous calls to have this issue sorted.) but guess what this month they debited my acc with R 516
..when will this stop..Ref no 2259008
