AVOID dealing with iBurst

I had to buy my own modem and antenna because I was on a month-to-month basis. I specifically asked the client centre, and I was assured I willl not be billed, nor will I receive accounts as I am on a month-to-month basis. I even had to pay in advance. I stopped using iBurst and no one ever contacted me until 3 years later stating I owe them R3, 000! All my pleas and explanations are falling on deaf ears. I have never requested an upgrade nor am I aware of an upgrade I received! What exactly am I paying for? I will never get the service or data that they claim I owe for? This is all just an illegal money making. Why did the consultant to me? Why (if I was on contract) didn't anyone ever contact me the month after I didn't pay? Why wait so long before making (false) claims?! I am not happy and you are trying to money from so many people in the same manner!
