First I phoned them to stop my contract as my contract came to an end and I did not want to renew it, this was March/April 2013, they changed their systems and never saw my request so never ended my contract. I phoned them a second time again to cancel the contract and they still did not do this as they kept on billing me, a third call was made to cancel the contract and once again never was done, I have logged complaints with them where they just ignore me never get back to me, I phoned again and told them to cancel the contract and I want to be refunded, I was refunded back for two debit orders that went off and that was it, I requested for a review to be made and be paid back in full, Still NO reply, they also told me my contract has been stopped and I will not have any debit orders go off again, GUESS WHAT they one again another debit order went off at the end off October 2013. I'm highly upset with them and will take this further as now its being seen as, as I did not sign for anything longer than 24months. Some advise to ALL do not make use of Virgin Mobile as they are!!! I'm sure as never ever gonna make use of VIRGIN MOBILE again!!!
