Must we always complain first???

I am not angry anymore just dissapointed, asked for a SIM swap 3 hours ago and I am still waiting for response, in the meantime I can't communicate, and they still want me to upgrade? I don't think so, pick up the service levels if you want to keep paying customers like me.
