I am waiting ONE month for a reply to a simple question..I am very dissapointed in CELLC .. I have my second contract with VODACOM..what a pleasure to deal with .. they responded to my query within 4 hours.
My colleagues often complain about CELLC.now I can see why... get you act together ..do your customers mean nothing to you?
I think you need to upgrade your CALL CENTRE and your so called ..REDCARPET ..maybe you need a change in management.!!!
