I called in to your call centre on 27/06/2013 and was told the SIM swap will be done the morning of the following day.
The next morning it was still not done and I called in again. I then get told it will take between 24 to 48 working hours. This is unacceptable service and refused to be part of the Cell C family anymore after being with you guys for 8 years.
Please cancel my upgrade and arrange for the collection of your Sansung Galaxy S4 because of the poor service received regarding the SIM swap.
