Incorrect 3G Billing no correspondence

I received a huge bill in September an acquired about it from Local Tzaneen Celle lure from Angie the Owner and did get no answer from Mtn sp with this I phoned MTNSP on 1 October where the lady that helped me was linda and she assured me se can see what has gone wrong and that is that I am charged over bundle rate but my bundles was not used and is still there (R1400 SEP, R3900 OCT, R4100 NOV) - from there I phoned one to twice per week to find out with no avail till I phoned on 21 and spoke to a lady that promised me she will come back to me with a answer I even asked her to come back to even if she has no feedback and she assured me that she will do that - still waiting for that
then I phone on Wednesday 23 and asked Shaneez I spoke to to re-email; the docs for me - wich was send to the wrong e-mail address and was now fixed - still waiting for that

IT IS LIKE TRYING TO DO SOME THING WITH NO HANDS WHEN YOU SPEAK TO MTN - TO ALL THE DIRECTORS - YOU MUST PLEASE CALL IN AND SEE WHAT HAPENS - O YES DO NOT YOUSE YOUR NAME TO GET IT DONE AND SEE WHAT FISTRATION WE SIT WITH

ON THE MATTER REGARDING THIS HI INVOICE MONTHS WHY IS ANGIE IN MTN CELLULAR ALSO COMPLAINING WITH WRONG A
