I am currently on the line for 25 mins and counting with the Telkom number 10217 which is Telkom Business to re report a line fault. I am yet to speak to a consultant! I originally reported this line fault to Telkom on Saterday but decided to close the call without it being resolved properly! It is disgusting! My business cannot operate properly and I must sit and wait for however long it takes because of your so called High Call Volumes!
Take Note! Low staff count is NO excuse for High Call Volumes, you are bullies because we dont really have any proper alternatives. Very sad you corporate BULLIES!
