Still Waiting

On 15/11/2013 I purchased a Samsung 40" tv from Game in Gateway. Two months later, the tv started giving problems. I phoned Game on the 23rd of Jan and spoke to Yougesen from the Hi-Tech dept. I explained what's going on and his reply was, bring it in for repairs or they will send a technician out to repair it. That for me was absolute because this is a brand new tv. If anything, it should be swopped out. Eventually I agreed to get a technician to look at it and he asked me to e-mail a copy of the receipt as well as all my details. The very next morning I did this, only to find the e-mail address he gave me was wrong. I phoned to speak to him but he wasn't available. I spoke to another guy and he gave me an address to send the e-mail to, which I did, on the 24th of Jan. On the 31st of Jan I phoned back to find out what was going on because nobody got back to me. Once again, Yougesen was not available. Spoke to another guy and he told me he needs to find the e-mail and he'll call me back. Today is the 4th of Feb and I'm still waiting for the call back and the technician!!!
