About 2 months ago i have received a bill from Mtn for almost R12 000. When i phoned to inquire about it the lady said she cant help the best she can do is send an email to accounts and they will phone me back. i did get the phone call and when i asked them what was going on because i have proof of buying bundles for my internet and i have top up contracts so its not possible for me to go over a limit. she looked on the system and said that she will fix it. the 1st of June I received a statement saying that i owe R8000. When i phoned i got the same answer saying they will email the accounts department. Since then i have phoned twice to speak to someone and i still haven't received any phone calls. i am really upset that they put my phone off but they cant call me back telling me whats going on. Everytime i phone its the same story saying they will send an email to accounts and they will phone me back the same day. I am frustrated because my phone is off and i am not willing to pay any amount before it is sorted out and they can tell me what is going on. I received an sms saying i must pay the amount otherwise legal action will be taken.
