Absa Empty promises and lacking good service

I recently applied for a over draught on my account, all went well with the application. That's what I thought.
Absa says it takes 2-3 working days for it to be successful.
The first consultant who assisted me named Wesley gave me the wrong email address to send my details to, after the normal 3 days waiting period no response.
I phoned to query the status and that's when another consultant informed me of the incorrect email address provided.
The gentleman gave me the correct email address and he assured me they will phone me on the same day which was Monday 12/08/2013.
No feedback on the that day or the next morning.
so i phoned on the 13th Aug once again, spoke to a lady who said the assessor will phone me back within a hour with the outcome.
No FEEDBACK STILL, this is poor service and I am surely thinking of moving to another Bank.
This was not the 1st time.
