Billing Error Gone South

About 2 months ago i have received a bill from Mtn for almost R12 000 on one of my 3G topUp Accounts. When i phoned to inquire about it the lady said she cant help, the best she can do is send an email to accounts and they will phone me back.

About A week Later i got a phone call, when i asked them what was going on because i have proof of buying bundles for my 3G Account. she looked on the system and said that she will fix it. the 1st of June I received a statement saying that i owe R8000 on that account so they basically just discounted their error by like 20% and not fixed it. i phoned and got the same answer "we will send an email".

Now they have suspended all my contracts And still haven't called me back. Every time i phone its the same story saying they will send an email to accounts and they will phone me back, but never do! I am frustrated because my phone is off and i am not willing to pay any amount before it is sorted out. After numerous calls They told me to phone a person named Steven Govender who is the Billing Manager or something but he is NEVER available.(Does he even exist)

Please can you just switch on my lines while you are taking forever to investigate
