I had a contract with Nashua mobile and was advised upon take on that i needed to pay a holding fee.
I paid the holding fee and cancelled the contract due to bad service and requested that the holding deposit be paid back to me.
i sent an email to the accounts manager to change the banking details on another contract i have with them and advised him that i have not received the refund. he replied that the banking details are changed but nothing about my holding deposit
