Lack of response on billing erro

I logged a call in respect of incorrect billing on my MTN account and was promised that I would receive confirmation that the error would be rectified by the end of last week. The error has not been rectified and MTN has not contacted me even though they promised they would call by Friday. MTN has made errors previously and never respond in respect of queries.
