I have a contract with nashua mobile that I pay R170 fixed monthly. In feb this year the contract was due to end. The new ncr law states that should you contract be ending, nashua should contact you before this to advise to upgrade or terminate etc. Instead I had large amounts of money deducted from my account each month as when I inquired nashua is claiming I made a cash deposit into their account, which is not true as they have been deducing this from my account. For past 6 months I have paid close to r3000 alone. I recently got in touch with bheki dlamini from accounts dept as nashua mobile, who advised he would help but after investigating, he seems to ignore my emails an til date no feedback received. Yet another month gone by and I have to pay when I really wana cancel this contract and unable to because even tho I'm paying more, they email me to inform me that I'm arrears therefore I am unable to terminate.
I demand a refund for all those months I have paid extra for all those. Months and nashua is in dis agreement with ncr and should refund me all my money from this expiry of contract
