I placed a holding deposit with Kia Tableview on March 22, for a manual Kia Rio Tec. It was agreed that should a car not be sourced which meets the desired specs, that the holding deposit would be refunded. Kia Tableview sourced the car I wanted from another branch, which I am greatful for. However, I have been receiving sporadic responses over the past 12 days relating to the refund of my holding deposit. Have tried phoning as well, but there was no answer. My emails have not been responded to in 5 days.
