FALSE INFORMATION

My application for a contract was declined despite my being a private bank client who has never purchased anything previously on credit. However Chanee emailed me that "the getting department has now agreed to issue the device to you on condition that you pay a holding deposit of R798" On 21 Nov 2013 at 9.30am I paid the deposit in cash to Nashua Mobile via Nedbank. All day I was fobbed off with the promise that the phone was being fetched and finally at 3.11pm I was told "the contract has not been approved! " I demanded my R798 back immediately as they had acted as Nashua's agent but Cameron refused saying he would follow it up with Head Office. The refund should definitely have been in my account by now but it isn't. I would not recommend Nashua Mobile to anyone.
