I have 3 contracts with MTN as I assumed they are the best service provider, I have a blackberry 9780 and all of a suddern the screen went blank so I sent it to technical to repair, they advised I would get an sms when I can collect the phone, 3weeks later I collected the phone with the inconv of not having my blackberry and was advised that my phone was replaced with a brand new device, exactly a month later the same thing happended, I returned the phone and the same process occurd, exactly a month after receiving my second brand new device the same problem occured, this time I never got an sms when the phone was booked in nor do I get update as to where the device is tracking like I did in the past, I am so upset that I can cancel all my contracts and rather get devices elsewhere. When saying I didn't want that phone as it clearly doesn't work for longer than a month I was told I cannot upgrade the contract, me even willing to pay more and hand them the device back, what happended to value for money and purchasing WORKING goods? Ontop of that when going to pay my monthly fee I get told the premium amount and my fone gets activated again, a few days later it suspends agaian
