1 month with you and my sim card is still locked

Hi

I am getting really irritated with my new cellphone contract with you guys as I have been phoning every week requesting someone to activate my Vodacom card and all I get is promises that someone will get back to me, I last phoned on Wednesday and I am still waiting for the phone call. I spend my time and airtime begging your consultants to do what they getting paid to do and I am fed up now.

Please get a consultant to call me back immediately. The last person I spoke to was Thandiswa on 086 000 9579.
