About 2 months ago someone from Vodacom phoned me and said to me that I can migrate my 2 cellphone contracts to a cheaper option. I explained to the person that myself and my wife have Blackberry phones and that we don't use up all our airtime. And she said not to worry, all the airtime will be visible on the new contract. New month came, nothing was carried over. I phoned Vodacom again and the someone else said that on the tipe of contract it can't be carried over. So I said to the person, please put me back on the old cantract that I was on. Then all the credit will reflect again. June came, back on old contract, nothing was transferred. Phoned Vodacom again. The lady said she locked a Query on the system and that someone will be contacting me on monday 3 June 2013. It is Wednesday, no-one phoned as of yet. Nothing reflects on my phone or my wife's.
