No reply after begging

Its been more than four months of which I am begging Virgin Mobile to rectify the terms of my contract. Every time I phoned, they only made promises and said it would be fixed within 48 hours. They said they will call me back but nothing happened! When I took out the contract there was a case locked and it was ruled in my favour. Every time I phoned in the last few months, I told all their ''so-called-champs'' about the case that was locked and they said they would fix it and give me feedback. So now I am not interested in continuing this contract because it's not what you sold me. they promised me a 1000 free SMS's and free Internet for 2 years but did not receive anything. So can you please tell me who is breaching contract, me or you? Even today (13-08-2013) at 12:27 pm, the lady I phoned made allot pf promises and said she will phone me back within 20 minutes, now at 18:33 I am still waiting for a response. This is definitely not a good advertisement, I am sick of this.
