I recently upgraded my Top Up contract to Smart S. As I have a Galaxy S4 I use a lot of data and I made use of the promotional data by buying a 2Gig bundle. I barely used it! Now this morning I could not pick up anything on it and called the customer service centre. I was informed that I have now forfeited the data as promotional data does not apply to my price plan! I was not aware of this! Now I must simply write of the R249 that I paid for the bundle?!?!?!? This is ridiculous and a complete rip off!! I am not happy about this!! If I knew then I would not have purchased the bundle or upgraded my phone! I would have just cancelled my contract and moved to Cell C as they offer a better deal on the same handset! Even after purchasing this bundle I got a message saying it is valid until 24/07/2013?
