I AM A PENSIONER. BOUGHT A CASH CELL PHONE AT LEGIT.(Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience and frustration caused. Your reference number is 0409130014/GO.) I HAD THE CELLPHONE FOR 4 MNTHS AND IT JUST WOULD NOT GO ON ONE DAY. TOOK IT TO LEGIT AND THEY THEN REFERRED ME TO A VODACOM CENTRE. 4WEEKS LATER I RECEIVED FEEDBACK ADVISING THAT THEY NOT REPAIRING THE PHONE AS IT WOULD COST TO MUCH AND NOT REPLACING IT EITHER. MY QUESTION IS MY PHONE IS STILL UNDER GAURENTEE. I HAVE TRIED CALLING LEGIT AND LOADED A COMPLAINT AS I BOUGHT THE PHONE FROM THEM BUT THEY JUST KEEP REFERRING ME BACK TO VODACOM. COULD I JUST HAVE FEEDBACK FROPM SOMEONE
