Bad service from assistant manage

My sister in law wanted to upgrade her data contract at the mall of the north vodashop. We were greeted by the assistant manager and he offered to help. Whilst busy with us he repeatedly helped a lady consultant on his till to ring up stuff while completely ignoring us. According to the vodacom website you can do a data multi sim and it doesnt say anything about it having to be a open contract. According to the manager it has to be an open contract and not a top up. His complete incompetence is shocking and totally un acceptable.
