My mom took out a contract for me mid November 2013. The lady that helped me NEVER indicated that the contract is OPEN DATA after the 200MB is up. Well END November we got the invoice and it was R2000 I ended up paying it. (I am a single mother) j took out my new contract sim around 20th December 2013. I can not afford to pay that amount again. Well needlesa to say TODAY 15 January 2014 I received December 2013 invoice... R2800... HOW can this be if I havent even used my contract sim the while DECEMBER. Im sorry, I cant accept this and CANT afford it. If the lady toldd ne it is open data I wouldve not use that sim card. Hope someone can help me as u cant pay this... VERY VERY DISSAPOINTNG service.. SPEECHLESS
