I am on a family top up 135, went to upgrade on Friday 1st Nov. I showed the assistant the contract I wanted. It was the family top up with 1 MG data with the Samsung S3 mini @ R229p/mnth. I queried the amount at the time but the lady assured me it was all correct as to what I wanted and Vodacom would bill me the R229 as per the contract. I have wifi at home so didn't notice until today I never had data. When enquiring with Vodacom they informed me I was on a family top up of 135 with no other perks for an amount of R258 p/mnth. (I would have to be completely stupid to take out a contract that was R80 more for only airtime... wouldn't I) When phoning Edgars I was transferred around the whole store before I got to the cell section, only to be told the lady who done my contract on Friday (Cecelia) was off today and no one could help me only her. I believe I have 7 days to get it sorted before its just tough as far as Vodacom/Edgars are concerned. If it is not sorted within the next day I will be cancelling my contract with Vodacom and taking the phone back to Edgars at no charge. Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks
