Furious/ Disappointed Custome

I've been a Vodacom Custumer for 15 years and have 3 Contracts. In March 2013 I qualified for an upgrade and per phone requested a quote from Vodacom. In April I went to Vodashop Waterfall Mall Rustenburg and the Consultant said I cannot upgrade, as the the quote is still active against my name and I have to return on 25 April. On 28 April, I went to Vodashop Value Mart and Consultant- Deliwe said that I can upgrade from Topup135 to Topup200 on the Samsung S4, from about R399 a month and the contract would only be finalized on 7 May, but assured me it's on the Topup200. On 7 May, I phoned but Deliwe was busy, I told a Johan to tell her I will pick up the phone later. At 14:00, I arrived at Vodacom and Deliwe now informed me that the S4 is not available on the Topup200 but for R470, I can get an open contract with R75 airtime, why didn't she informed me earlier? After a timeous quarrel, she eventully called the Manager, who didn't even introduce himself. The Manager said to wait another 2 weeks and for the fourth time return, as the S4 mini will be out at R349 and not an open contract! I am dissapointed, seen in the light of time and petrol wasted. I'm considering another Provider!
