Cheers and goodbye 8ta! You're customer service is way below PAR!! After hounding my husband to do his upgrade, he went to Cresta to have it done. At the shop we were told to wait an hour for the upgrade to be referred... NOT ACCEPTABLE!! We insisted that it be done as we are NOT going to wait. Since when must the customer WAIT for an upgrade to be referred??? Suddenly it could be done!! Ok, so we leave with the understanding that it is now done and dusted. What the consultant failed to mention is that a sim swop is needed. Saturday morning we phone customer service and was told to go to an outlet for an immediate sim swop... Hello Northgate..."Sorry sir, you will have to wait until the beginning of the next month"... Well, so now we will return the phone, and you can kiss this contract goodbye!! You're understanding of customer service is pathetic and good riddance to an inferior service provider... oh, and please see the same complaint on you're facebook page.
