On Tuesday morning I woke up to my phone having no signal reason being 8ta have decide to cancel my number what a frustrating experience have to inconvenience other people to get this shorted out. When I finally get into contact with someone a complained was lock of which I had to wait 24 hours to get me number activated even after logging a complain never had someone called me to apologise for the mistake 8ta made but I sure if the people I spoke to at the call centre cant take responsibility how would 8ta I guess it company policy not to resolve complain or its simple a lack of professionalism and serves that leave 8ta out in the dark. When my line was cancelled the day before I just loaded R60 airtime and active my BIS when they reactive my number they then decided to take that to and guess what now after waiting 24hours I was told by a team leader with a very bad attitude to wait another 72 hours can you just imagine you having to resolve you complain after the company is at fault what incompetency. But there was one person who I can give some acknowledgement Fabio Phillips had some curtsey to assist and I want to thank him for that. But as for the rest I don't know.
