Upgrade of my lines

I've upgraded my lines on the 5th of May, the ladies that assisted me at Liberty mall were absolutely great and I really appreciate their help, 8ta direct shop and Telkom direct shop (I remember the once at the 8ta shop Nastasja) the only thing needs doing is my sim swop, but I've been told that can only be done on the 1st day of the following month! Please 8ta try and get some sort of solution (future) for that, very annoying to sit and wait for a month to get your sim swop done because of the system that doesn't allow that to be done during the month. I've been a customer of yourself for 2 years and upgraded my lines, will be for the next 2 years again. I will be doing it on Saturday and I really hope there wont be any problems!!!
